Event Registration

1. Registration and Attendance

By registering for the Event, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. The registration is personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from the organizers.

2. Payment and Cancellation Policy

All payments are due upon registration. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event.

3. Event Changes or Cancellation

The organizers reserve the right to modify the program, speakers, venue, or date. In case of complete cancellation by the organizers, registrants will receive a full refund. The organizers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (travel, accommodation, etc.).

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees must behave in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to remove any person from the event without refund for violation of this code.

5. Photography and Recording

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes by the organizers.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal information collected during registration will be used for event management purposes. Your data may be shared with sponsors and exhibitors if you have provided consent. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data.

7. Liability

The organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own insurance coverage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content presented at the event is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Reproduction or distribution of any materials without permission is prohibited.

9. Force Majeure

The organizers shall not be liable for any failure to perform their obligations where such failure is a result of acts of nature, government restrictions, war, terrorist activities, or any other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the event takes place.
